The Hollies Hotel near Yeovil is located in the historic medieval village of Bower Hinton, in the heart of the English Cider making capital.
The Hotel is set in three and a half acres of landscaped gardens and terraces.
Quite simply, thirty six exceptional rooms & suites, contemporary restaurant, trendy club bar & stylish raised
wine terrace.
A modern British menu served in the vibrant yet relaxed atmosphere of the restaurant or comfort of the sofas &
armchairs in front of the large open bar fire.
The Restaurant occupies a major part of the original Principal building dating back 400 years.
Both the bar & restaurant have been refurbished, and although the design is stylish and contemporary, the building retains all it's period features.
To the front of the bar & restaurant is a fabulous outdoor raised terrace, one of the most trendy alfresco venues available. Dinner, a glass of wine or just a few drinks can be enjoyed in the last of the evening sun.
Seasons allowing, locally produced foods are used in all of our dishes. Diners can choose from a varied range of Modern English style cuisine, which is complemented by a list of fifty carefully selected wines.
