The Lugger Inn is located in Chickerell which is on the outskirts of the popular seaside town of Weymouth in Dorset. Our Inn is ideally located in the heart of Dorset's World Heritage Jurassic Coastline and has accommodation, a function room/skittle alley, beer garden and bar.
All guest rooms are en suite, with either a shower or bath (four rooms having three corner spa baths installed) and we now have 3 ground floor rooms including a full disabled facility room and wheelchair access bathroom and shower. Tea and coffee facilities are included and all rooms have a TV with satellite channels.
Breakfast is served downstairs in our restaurant, which is now one of the most popular restaurants in the area! Our range of meals is extensive and our highly qualified and experienced chefs prepare some of the best home cooked meals around, where possible we use locally sourced ingredients. Besides the restaurant and bar, there is a large beer garden with tables and benches and it is very popular on dry and sunny days.
Weymouth is a busy summer holiday resort catering for all types of visitors, further on can be found the Isle of Portland famous for its stone (once used to build St Pauls Cathedral among many of the other famous buildings throughout the country).
