Number Twelve in Exeter has been sympathetically refurbished into a classic Bed and Breakfast establishment fusing modern & classical design.
We are located in a tree lined square at the Clock Tower end of Queen Street, just a few minutes walk from the High Street.

For those travelling by plane, Exeter International Airport is only a short drive from the city centre and the property, and Exeter St Davids and Exeter Central train stations are in close proximity, as is Exeter Bus & Coach Station.
