Langstone Cliff Hotel is set in 19 acres of child friendly woodlands in Dawlish on the beautiful south coast of Devon.
The Langstone Cliff Hotel has expansive lawns and gardens and magnificent sea views over the golden sandy beaches and internationally famous nature reserve at Dawlish Warren.
The hotel has 64 en-suite bedrooms on just two floors, 17 of which have private balconies. There are 10 bedrooms on the Ground Floor of the hotel and three of the ground floor guest rooms have walk-in showers as well as those over the bath. 6 of the rooms on the ground floor now have walk-in showers but no baths.
There are six family suites available which have two or three bedrooms off a small lobby which allows a separate room for the children or other relatives or friends. There is one especially spacious ground floor room with a separate lounge area. Two of the hotel rooms are located in a quiet, comfortable annex known as the bungalow. This is located just 10 metres from the main building.
All of the hotel's rooms are being constantly updated to maintain today's standards of comfort and convenience. All are tastefully decorated with colour co-ordinated furnishings and fabrics.

The Lincoln Bar is right at the heart of the Hotel and is open all day and every day throughout the year for the service of food and drink. It is situated opposite the Langstone Cliff Hotel's large and comfortable public rooms.
Breakfast in the Lincoln Restaurant offers a huge selection that means you won't have to worry too much about lunch. There is the traditional full English breakfast, a variety of cereals, pastries and breads, fresh fruits, tinned fruits a wide selection of hot drinks and several varieties of milk including Soya.

The Langstone Cliff Hotel has two swimming pools each with a paddling pool. The Indoor Pool is approximately 10 metres (33 feet) Long by 6 metres wide (19 feet 8 inches) and is approximately 1 meter (3 feet 3 inches) at the shallow end falling to approximately 1.5 metres (5 feet 6 inches) at the deep end. The Paddling Pool is approximately 3 metres square and 400mm deep. The Indoor pool is maintained at around 30°Celsius (90° Fahrenheit).
