Lower Cobberton offers stunning accommodation near Dartington. Nestled in a beautiful setting by a stream and meadows beyond, we are perfect for an idyllic holiday. We are a great base for exploring a range of excellent attractions in Devon.
Our wonderful 300-year-old farmhouse comes with a spacious garden and a range of beautiful rooms to choose from. All the rooms come with tea and coffee making facilities, a TV, microwave and a hair dryer. We also have a delightful terrace area with seating and woodland to enjoy.
Bedroom 1: This gorgeous double en suite room has south facing windows which take advantage of views down the garden and up to the church steeple.
Bedroom 2: A charming twin room with a private bathroom.
Bedroom 3: This lovely en suite double/twin room comes with a small self catering unit, including a kitchenette, washing machine and microwave if required. South facing French doors open onto a sun terrace.
You can start the day with a delicious breakfast made from local produce. Homemade bread, marmalade, jam and our own eggs are available. Cooked options include a full English breakfast and we can cater for a range of dietary requirements.
We also offer a range of complementary therapies, including reflexology and deep muscular massages.

We are close to many of Devon’s best attractions and near the medieval town of Totnes. The town has a renowned market, a good selection of shops and many Elizabethan and 17th Century houses. Dartington has the Cider Press Visitor Centre and Dartington Glass, the largest range of handmade studio glass in the south-west. A range of great attractions are in the local area:
