Court Barn Country Hotel and Restaurant offers stunning accommodation in Clawton near Holsworthy. Built around the 17th Century, our wonderful house is set in 5 acres of park-like grounds in Devon.
Our beautiful hotel has six elegant and tastefully furnished rooms to choose from. Court Barn is adorned with beautiful antiques and William Morris prints and fabrics, whilst log fires, ornaments, pictures and flowers complete its cosy and special atmosphere. All the rooms enjoy delightful views over the paddock, garden or front lawns. Most of the rooms have en suite facilities which include a bath and a shower. Two single rooms come with a shower and a public bathroom is also available. Excellent facilities in all the rooms include Freeview TV, a hair dryer, mineral water, books, flowers, tea and coffee making facilities and fresh milk from our fridge on the landing.
You can enjoy the perfect start to the day with our delicious breakfast, served in our wonderful dining room which boasts lovely views across the croquet lawn to the 12 Century Clawton Church. We offer cereal, fresh fruit, traditional breakfast and a range of cooked options. We also provide a variety of excellent teas and Columbian ground coffee.
We offer a magnificent dinner menu by arrangement, from Devon rack of Lamb to scotch salmon fillet with Hollandaise, we have something to tantalise all your taste buds.
Our hotel has a small bar with a library of books to enjoy. You can also unwind in front of the roaring log fire after a day exploring the local area.
