Leys Hotel has been offering locals and travellers a place to rest, relax, eat and drink since 1805. It is located in the village of Blackburn; a pretty, Scottish village on the Outskirts of Aberdeen City. We are ideal for both business and leisure guests as we are on the A96 and comfortable driving distance from Aberdeen International Airport. We pride ourselves on our friendly welcome and inviting atmosphere, that has led to many guests returning time and time again.
The hotel has been owned and managed by the same family since 1933. This traditional granite building, it offers inviting accommodation with a range of facilities, including Craigie’s Bar, Betty’s Diner and The Adam Suite for events, functions and meetings.
We have 32 rooms at the hotel, offering a choice of single, double and family set ups. All of the rooms include:

Breakfast is included within the room rate and is freshly prepared each morning. We can provide an early continental breakfast for travellers who must be up early to catch their connections. We can also provide travel lunches if necessary for onward journeys. Breakfast is served from 7am.
