The Ivydene Skegness is a fully en suite family run hotel that is close to the seafront attractions, main shopping area, pleasure beach, nightlife and restaurants in the busy resort of Skegness, the premier resort on the Lincolnshire coast. Our hotel makes a perfect base for an exciting weekend break or a relaxing midweek chill-out for all the family.
There are 10 hotel rooms available, all of which are en suite and range in size to suit either the single traveller or a larger family. Everybody is welcome at the Ivydene from tiny tots to great grandmas, who come back year after year making Ivydene their seaside home from home. All hotel rooms are equipped controllable heating, TV, radio alarm clock, hair dryer and tea or coffee making facilities and are serviced daily with a full towel change. Rooms are located on the ground floor, first floor or second floor, with all other amenities such as the bar, lounge dining room and bar toilet at ground floor level with no awkward steps or stairs to negotiate.
At the Ivydene hotel we take to ensure you start the day with a quality breakfast. We offer the traditional full English breakfast or a continental style alternative in our traditionally decorated dining room. Lighter choices are always available and special diets can be easily accommodated. We are well equipped to cater for all ages in the dining room; providing high chairs or booster seats for little ones.
The Ivydene has a licensed bar, offering three draft beers, Worthington Creamflow, Carling Extra Cold and Thatchers Gold Cider and also a wide range of wines and spirits. Ivydene also has a comfortable guest lounge with a cheerful atmosphere to make any stay a memorable experience.
Our hotel is ideally situated for fantastic times whether it's the extreme rides at Fantasy Island, a day trip to Butlins, a bracing walk along the sea-front, a challenging day on the golf course or a peaceful afternoon bird watching at Gibraltar point.
