Bagnell Cottage offers outstanding accommodation in Little Norton near Norton-Sub-Hamdon. Set in a glorious countryside setting in Somerset, we provide a truly serene and relaxing experience.
Our stunning, secluded Hamstone cottage is surrounded by breathtaking countryside in a pretty valley. You can enjoy spectacular views within the 200 acre private estate.
We have 3 elegant, spacious and comfortable rooms to choose from. The Montacute Room is on the ground floor and comes with a twin/double and en suite facilities. The room enjoys superb views of the paddock and garden. Our Ham Hill room has a large double bed and en suite facilities. The room boasts brilliant views across Highwood. Our Chinnock Room comes with a private bathroom and overlooks the garden and woodland. All the rooms have a TV, ironing facilities on request and tea and coffee making facilities.
You can relax in the delightful living room/lounge which comes with a TV, games and a library of books. The traditional log burner will keep you warm and toasty in the winter months.
We offer a wonderful continental style breakfast. Porridge or a choice of eggs is also available.
You can stroll our small, pretty lake. This is also the ideal place for a picnic on a sunny day. A woodland has been developed with to walk around, including a 1/2 acre wildflower meadow. We also have another delightful pond which has been created.
