Welcome to Polraen Country House Hotel – a charming historic country house hotel in the Looe River Valley, 5 minutes from the picturesque fishing port of Looe in South East Cornwall.
Polraen Country House Hotel offers a choice of standard double and superior bedrooms with superking or twin beds, decorated in individual styles, all with ensuite modern shower or bathrooms and toiletries including thoughtful extras such as cotton balls and buds.
Reflecting the historic charm of Polraen, every bedroom has a cushioned window seat, with most looking out either over the hotel garden or to wooded valley slopes. Beds are made up with duvets. If you prefer blankets, please request at time of booking.

If you prefer, relax on leather sofas in the comfort of the guest lounge watching TV or choose from books and magazines and family-oriented pursuits including board games. Enjoy a country garden view with sweeping lawns bordered by colourful flower beds. With a choice of terraced seating areas, you can find the ideal place to relax with a cool drink, while the enclosed garden offers plenty of space for children to play without disturbing others.
