We are a well established, family run, 3 Star, Guest House, where you can be assured of a warm, friendly, and relaxing holiday atmosphere.

We have our own Private On Site Parking, which you will find invaluable, especially during the busiest part of the season.

We are located in a quiet, but central location, just one road back from the Seafront, overlooking Wellesley Park and the Sea.

We have Double, Single, Twin and Family Bedrooms, all fully ensuite, with unrestricted views, tastefully decorated and equipped, to ensure your stay is comfortable.

All meals are served in our Dining Room, with a wide and varied menu provided for all meals, with Special Needs and Diets catered for.

Our cosy Guest Lounge is the ideal place to relax and unwind, watch TV, and enjoy a drink from the Bar.

We offer daily and weekly rates for Bed and Breakfast, together with short breaks.Evening Meals are also available. There are reductions for the over 60s, and Children, aged 3 to 12 years old.

We are just a short, level walk from the Seafront, from the quiet Waterways, Boating Lake, and Bowling Green, to the bustling Golden Mile, with its wide promanades and sandy beach, where you will find numerous Attractions, Cafes, Restaurants and Pubs, to suit all ages and tastes.

You can visit Brittannia Pier and Theatre, Marina Swimming and Family Activity Centre, Wellington Pier and Bowling Centre, Merrivale Model Village, Sealife Centre, Pleasure Beach, and Hippodrome Circus.

The Town Centre has a wide range of Shops, with the Market Gates indoor Shopping Centre, a vibrant Market, together with its Medieval Rows and Town Wall, and Minster Church.

A further short walk will take you to the Historic South Quay, with its fine Buildings, Elizabethan, Nelson and Toll House Museums. Follow the Town Wall, and you will come to the Time and Time Museums and Potteries.

The Race Course, Greyhound and Stockcar Stadium, Pitch and Putt, and Golf Course are just a short car journey away.

Further afield, is the beauty and tranquillity of the Broads, the wild North Norfolk Coast, the National Trust properties of Blickling and Felbrigg Halls, the Queens Residence at Sandringham, and the fine City of Norwich, with its great Shopping, Museums, Castle, and two Cathedrals.
